Fall/Spring Course Materials Return Policy

Refundable WITH ORIGINAL RECEIPT for first 8 days of the semester. 

Refundable with original receipt and verification of course withdrawal for the first 30 days of semester. 

No Refunds/exchanges made after 30 days from start of semester.

*Defective books will be replaced with BU proof of purchase.

All refunds for any purchase are refunded in like tender.

Non-Course Materials Return Policy

Refunds or exchanges accepted within 60 days of purchase with original receipt assuming merchandise is in resalable condition & in original packaging.

Non-returnable items include: general book, teacher's aids, study guides, software, inkjet cartridges, media, health and beauty aides, medicines and other consumable items.
